What's that Forum for? Each Forum has an About Page where you can tell people what it is for and give any instructions on it's use.
This is the page you see when your first view a forum.

Forum ModeratorYou
can assign one or more person to be a Forums Moderator. This person has
full control to edit and delete all Topics in a Forum.
Normal users can only edit their own Topics.

Hyperlinks
A Topic can contain links to other Topics and Forums, the Noticeboard, Calendar and Planner, as well as to web pages.
|

|
Find Topics
You can easily search for Topics across one or more Forums.
The search can be narrowed down by date and by person.
|

|
Control Access
You can control which Forums a user can see and write to, and
control who can create new Forums.
Each
person is assigned a Role which provides default access rights. It is
very easy to override these to grant more or less rights.
You can either let a Role see all Forums or specify exactly which ones they can see and which ones they can write too.
A Role can be assigned one or more Forum Group and be allowed to create new Forums in that group.
